This Month's Highlights:

* Lots of talking and singing (I think you like the radio!)

* First trip to the zoo on your birthday (5/27)

* Tried ice cream (Dippin' Dots) (5/27)

* Tried straw sippy cups (5/28)

* Tried whole milk for the first time (5/30)

* Trip to the park in your car for a ride in the swings (5/31)

* Had some balloon chasing fun (6/7)

* Diagnosed with your first double ear infection (6/8)

* Got really good at pointing to objects (especially in books) (6/13)

* First trip to the pool (6/14)

* Donuts with Dad at school (6/19)

* Started putting blocks on your train (takes coordination) (6/20)

* Had your toes painted (6/20)

* Attended your first friend's birthday party - Eva Mae (6/20)

Mommy's Favorite Moments:

*Watching you sleep with your butt up in the air (how is that comfortable?)

* Talking to you in the mornings ("da?")

* Feeding you on the way to school (You LOVE any kind of bread)

* Picking you up from school and seeing you get so excited

* Watching you get kisses from Dada (his beard tickles!)

* Signing with you ("more,"and "all done" especially)

* Having you crawl to find me and get excited when you do (peekaboo)

* Reading you bedtime stories (favorites are Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What do you hear? and Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What do you See?)

* Weight: 17 lbs 14 oz (at 5/28 doctor appointment)
* Length: 29"
* Eating: 3 meals & 2 snacks a day, with milk
* Diapers: Size 3
* Clothes: 12 month onesies, pants, and outfits
* Favorites: standing, dancing to music, talking and making noises, getting kisses on your belly, saying 'ma' to blow a bubble, drinking out of your sippy cups, clapping, patting your head, eating teddy grahams, signing
* Least favorites: pedicures (it tickles!), manicures (too busy to sit still), having your nose cleared, being put down if everyone else is standing, having toys taken away
* Skills: mimicking sounds and motions, clapping, drinking out of big girl cups, pulling up and standing, crawling everywhere, making kissy noises, taking toys out of boxes, knocking over stacks, trying to put blocks or puzzle pieces in their correct place, signing "more," "all done" and "milk"
